Standard Cleaning Services Include

All Rooms

• Dusting top to bottom- (reachable ceiling fans, reachable lighting fixtures, blinds,
window sills, bed frames, wall art, picture frames, surfaces) highly cluttered areas
will be lightly dusted- we do not remove excessive knick-knacks or highly valuable
collectable items to dust under. (to protect the integrity of your items)
• Empty all trash bins (trash bin re-liners must be provided)
• Light tidying

Kitchen

• Exterior Appliances cleaned and polished to be free of marks or finger prints
• Exterior cabinets spot cleaned
• Interior microwave disinfected and cleaned
• Backsplash cleaned
• Counter-tops sanitized and wiped (moving items to clean under)
• Sink disinfected, cleaned, and polished

Bathrooms

• Mirrors cleaned
• Sinks and countertops disinfected, scrubbed, and polished
• Cabinets spot cleaned
• Toilets disinfected and scrubbed- to include (top, base, and surrounding floor)
• Shower disinfected and scrubbed/dried and glass cleaned and polished to be free
of marks

Floors

• Swept
• Vacuumed (to include all rugs through home, and rooms edged if necessary)
• Mopped

*Add-ons can be used during this service (interior fridge, interior oven, interior windows, handwashing dishes, hand- wiping baseboards, laundry, hand-wiping blinds, spot clean interior walls, full interior doors, inside cabinets, bed changes, pets)

*Please note; highly cluttered areas that are difficult to navigate or move will be left and cleaned around; that is on surfaces and on flooring. Reachable items are those we can reach on a step ladder (6-8ft) We DO NOT move furniture (couches, large tables, fridges, ovens etc) this is for the integrity of your items; as well as to mitigate risk of injury to staff.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can best address any concerns. If we need to schedule a touch up clean for potential areas that may have been missed, we need to know within 24 hours after service was provided along with photos of missed areas.
